The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") is seeking proposals from qualified audit firms for completion of the Commission's year end audit. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") covers a five (5) year period beginning with the fiscal year end March 31, 2014.

Audit firms interested in responding to this RFP are encouraged to review the Commission's annual report. The Commission's annual report is available by clicking here or by contacting the Commission and copies will be made available by mail.

Responses to this RFP must be received by the Commission on or before October 31, 2013.
