The Director of Residential Rental Property invites written presentations from lessors and/or lessees concerning the percentage of rent increase that should be allowed for the 2014 calendar year.

Presentations must be received by Monday, August 26, 2013 and may be delivered or mailed to the Director of Residential Rental Property, Fifth Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, P.O. Box 577, Charlottetown, P.E.I., C1A 7L1.

This information will assist in establishing the annual prescribed percentage rent increase.

Information on current and previous allowable increases can be located on the Director’s website at www.irac.pe.ca/rental/.
