APPEAL #LA07004 Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Valleybrook Pharmcare Ltd. and Kerry Murphy have appealed the June 11, 2007 decision of the Town of Montague to amend its 2006 Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw 2006-01. The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
