APPEAL
#LA07012 Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Wanda Wood and Donald Wood have appealed a October 9, 2007 decision of the Community of Victoria to issue a development permit to Sauve Holdings Ltd. for renovations and an addition to the Landmark Cafe located on property number 207670 in Victoria. The appeal will be heard commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
