APPEAL #LA08001 Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, James Hickey and Myles Hickey have appealed a December 21, 2007 decision of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour to deny an application for subdivision approval for property number 85985 in Darnley.
