APPEAL
#LA08003 In Order LA08-09, the Commission set the following matter down for a supplementary public hearing. Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, L & A MacEachern Holdings Ltd. has appealed a February 11, 2008 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject a request to rezone the property at 3-9 Harley Street, property numbers 274480 and 274720, from Manufactured Housing (MH) to Medium Density Residential (R-3) zone. This property is commonly known as the Idle Wheels Trailer Court. The supplementary hearing will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. In the event that the Commission's offices are closed due to winter storm conditions (Charlottetown Provincial government offices closed), the storm date for this hearing will be Monday February 2, 2009 commencing at 9:30 a.m. Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
