APPEAL
#LA08003 Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, L & A MacEachern Holdings Ltd. has appealed a February 11, 2008 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject a request to rezone the property at 3-9 Harley Street, property numbers 274480 and 274720, from Manufactured Housing (MH) to Medium Density Residential (R-3) zone. The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
