Robert Robertson v. Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour

Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Robert Robertson has appealed an April 11, 2008 decision of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour to deny an application for subdivision approval for property number 852889 in Fortune Cove.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
