Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Sharon Ogawa has appealed a June 4, 2008 decision of the Community of Lower Montague to deny an application for a building permit to construct a dwelling on property number 253336 on the St. Andrew's Point Road in Lower Montague.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
