Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, George Kelly has appealed a decision of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour, of June 10, 2008 to grant preliminary approval for a subdivision of 8 residential lots from property number 131029 in Blooming Point.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
