Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Michael Reid has appealed decisions of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour, dated June 26, 2008, granting a change of use permit and also granting a development permit. These decisions were issued by the Minister as a result of an application by PEI Mudrooters Inc. for a change of use for property number 206045 in Desable from a recreational motocross track / off road vehicle facility to a commercial motocross track / off road vehicle facility.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, and continuing, if necessary, on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. 

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
