Pursuant to section 28 of the
Planning Act,
Donna D. Hearn
has
appealed
an August 11, 2008 decision of the City of Charlottetown. In its decision,
the City rejected an application for a variance to reduce the frontage
requirement from 72.2 feet to approximately 51 feet. The request for a
variance had been sought by Ms. Hearn to allow a second unit in the existing
dwelling located at 4 Carvell Court (property number 691436).
The appeal will be
heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2008 in the
Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134
Kent Street, Charlottetown.
Interested persons may attend appeal
hearings and be heard.
