Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Josef (Peter) and Lesley Strubel have appealed an October 7, 2008 decision of the Community of Borden-Carleton.  In its decision, the Community denied a permit for a mini-home relocation to 82 Borden Avenue, property number 381541. 

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.     

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
