Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Harvey Livingstone Inc. has appealed a November 3, 2008 decision of the Community of Brackley. In its decision, the Community denied a request to amend the Community of Brackley 2006 Zoning and Subdivision Control Bylaw to allow Island Auto Supply to sell repairable or repaired vehicles by way of a used car dealer license.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
