Pursuant to section 28 of the
Planning Act,
James A. Campbell has appealed a June 23, 2009 decision of the Community of
Eastern Kings to deny preliminary approval for a four lot subdivision of
property #377259 located in Red Point.
The appeal will be heard commencing at
9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2009 in the Commission's Hearing Room,
Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
Interested persons may attend appeal
hearings and be heard.
