Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Nils Connor has appealed a decision of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour on May 20, 2009 to grant preliminary approval for a subdivision of 5 lots for summer cottage use from property number 204362 in Long Creek. Approval date stamping for the plan associated with this subdivision was completed on July 9, 2009.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9 :30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
