Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Gordon MacCallum has appealed a December 2, 2009 decision of the Minister of Communities, Cultural Affairs and Labour to deny Mr. MacCallum's application for a site suitability assessment of parcel number 731307 (Lot 89) in Brackley Beach.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
