Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Regional Properties Inc. has appealed a December 17, 2009 decision of the Town of Stratford to approve, subject to conditions, a subdivision of property number 329508, located at Spinnaker Drive in Stratford.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.   

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
