Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Ian Cray and Paul Christensen have appealed a February 3, 2010 decision of the Minister of Finance and Municipal Affairs to grant preliminary subdivision approval, summer cottage use only, of 9 lots from property number 872473 and 15 lots from property number 795732 in Seaview.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
