Pursuant to section 28 of the
Planning Act,
Warren Doiron has appealed an March 8, 2010 decision of the City of
Charlottetown to reject a request, pertaining to property number 773051,
situate at 136 Upton Road, to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Official
Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and to
reject a request to rezone said property from Single-detached Residential
(R-1S) zone to Low Density Residential (R-2) zone and Medium Density
Residential (R-3) zone.
The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on
Thursday, May 27, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th
Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

hearings and be heard.
