Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Judy Gallant and Lys-Ondray Goulet have appealed an April 12, 2010 decision of the City of Charlottetown to approve the proposed Welsh-Owen Hotel to be located at 43 Queen Street, 45-49 Queen Street, 31 Queen Street and 49-57 Water Street.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, July 5, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
