Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Biovectra Inc. has appealed a June 16, 2010 decision of the City of Charlottetown to issue a building permit to Paramount Construction (PEI) Ltd. to construct an apartment building on parcel number 287423, located at 80 Nicholas Lane.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. NOTE: HEARING WILL RECONVENE ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2010 AT 9:30 A.M.
