Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Andrea Battison and Joan Cumming have appealed a June 14, 2010 decision of the City of Charlottetown, in summary: an approval of requests to amend Appendix G of the Zoning and Development Bylaw and to proceed through the rezoning process for various parcels located on the south side of Grafton Street; and a request to rezone properties north of Grafton Street. These decisions relate to a proposed development of an entertainment and concert venue, with parking.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. NOTE: HEARING WILL RECONVENE ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 AT 9:30 A.M.
