Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Cap Desir Homeowners Association has appealed a June 25, 2010 decision of the Minister of Finance and Municipal Affairs to grant preliminary approval of an application to subdivide 55 lots for summer cottage use from property number 665349 in Anglo Rustico.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
