Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Krzysztof (Chris) Opydo has appealed a June 22, 2010 decision of the Resort Municipality to deny a request to rezone property number 233395 on the Cape Road from RR (Rural) zone to RD3 (Resort Campground) zone.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
