Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Sigrid Wolfe and Sharon Labchuk have appealed a June 25, 2010 decision of the Minister of Finance and Municipal Affairs to issue a development permit granting permission to construct a commercial storage building/shooting range on parcel number 504803, located on the Smith Road, Route 230 in South Granville.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  NOTE: HEARING WILL RECONVENE ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2010 AT 9:30 A.M.
