Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Arthur MacMillan has appealed the May 11, 2010 decision of Sherbrooke Municipality to grant a building permit for a single family home at PID 460311-000, Fox Run Lane, Sherbrooke.

This hearing only pertains to the issue of jurisdiction.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
