Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Allister MacIntosh has appealed an October 6, 2010 decision of the Minister of Finance and Municipal Affairs to issue a building permit granting permission to construct two mink barns on parcel number 293845 located on the south side of Route 225 in Springton.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
