Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Dunrovin Inc. has appealed a December 3, 2010 decision of the Community of Victoria to require Dunrovin Inc. to reinstate trees and shrubs removed from the area to the south of Parcel 01, Open Area, in the Dunrovin Shores Subdivision.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
