Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Don MacKinnon has appealed a February 14, 2011 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject the Appellant's application to rezone parcel number 948208, located at 81 Royalty Road, from Low Density Residential Single (R-2S) to Low Density Residential (R-2).

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2011 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. (NOTE: HEARING ADJOURNED TO JUNE 22 - 24, 2011.)
