Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Atlantis Health Spa has appealed a November 14, 2011 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject the Appellant's application to amend Appendix "G" of the City of Charlottetown Zoning and Development Bylaw to allow commercial office and residential units for a portion of parcel number 841536.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. (Hearing continues on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.)

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
