Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Bill Arsenault has appealed the March 6, 2012 decision of the Community of Miltonvale Park to deny a subdivision application for PID 940510, Loyalist Road, North Wiltshire.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
