Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Barb Duncan-Biage has appealed a March 20, 2012 decision of New Haven-Riverdale to deny a subdivision proposal for property located at 185 Cameron Road, New Haven.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on May 9, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
