Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Andre Lavoie has appealed a March 21, 2012 decision of the Town of Cornwall to grant preliminary approval for an 18 lot subdivision for parcels 684621 and 768861 located on the Ferry Road, Cornwall.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on May 24, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  HEARING CONTINUES ON FRIDAY, MAY 25, 2012 AT 9:00 A.M.
