Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant BioVectra Inc. has appealed the March 13, 2012 decision of the City of Charlottetown to approve a subdivision application for Nicholas Lane; the March 14, 2012 decision of the City of Charlottetown to issue a building permit for 60 & 64 Nicholas Lane; and the April 2, 2012 decision of the City of Charlottetown to issue a building permit for 50 Nicholas Lane in Charlottetown.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 11, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. The hearing has been adjourned until Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
