Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Champion Butler has appealed the April 18, 2012 decision of the Community of Kinkora to deny an application for a home-based business located at 91 Anderson Road, Kinkora.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
