Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Wallace Wood has appealed the April 16, 2012 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy & Municipal Affairs to deny a subdivision application for PID #407684, MacCallum Road, Marshfield.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
