TAKE NOTICE that Andrew Inderwick has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the April 22, 2013 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy and Municipal Affairs to revoke Building Permit No: S-2011-671.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2014 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
