Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Willard Horne has appealed the May 14, 2013 decision of the Community of Kingston to deny an application for subdivision of 18 lots for PID #798389, Kingston.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2013 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
