Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Roma Dingwell has appealed the May 28, 2013 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy & Municipal Affairs to deny an application for subdivision of PID #785048, Anglo Rustico.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2013 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  POSTPONED UNTIL FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2013 AT 9:30 A.M.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
