Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Gary McLure has appealed the July 3, 2013 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy & Municipal Affairs to grant approval to renovate and relocate existing rental cottages and locate 9 additional rental cottages on PID 1008978, Blue Spruces Way, Hampton.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  HEARING CONTINUES FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 2014 AT 9:30 A.M.
