Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Michael Wheeler has appealed the November 20, 2013 decision of the Resort Municipality to deny a request for a major variance for PID #232413, Cavendish.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. 

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
