TAKE NOTICE that Gary McLure has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the July 9, 2014 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy and Municipal Affairs to grant permission to relocate three (3) new rental cottages on PID 1008978, Permit No. C-2014-0131.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard. Any person unable to attend may comment on the appeal by contacting Commission staff at the address below no later than 8:00 a.m. of the hearing day.
