NOTICE OF APPEAL

#LA14004 - Phillip O'Halloran v. Miltonvale Park

TAKE NOTICE that Phillip O'Halloran has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the June 26, 2014 decision of the Community of Miltonvale Park to deny permission to place fill material on PID #283085.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 19, 2015 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. 

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT
Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard. Any person unable to attend may comment on the appeal by contacting Commission staff at the address below no later than 8:00 a.m. of the hearing day.
