TAKE NOTICE that Hanmac Inc. has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the July 14, 2014 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject a rezoning application for property located at 1 Greensview Drive, Charlottetown, PE (PID #279091).

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  This hearing will continue on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT
Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard. Any person unable to attend may comment on the appeal by contacting Commission staff at the address below no later than 8:00 a.m. of the hearing day.
