NOTICE OF APPEAL

#LA14007 - Taboo Company v. City of Charlottetown

TAKE NOTICE that the Taboo Company has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the August 27, 2014 decision of the City of Charlottetown to deny permission to an application requesting a variance to operate.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2015 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. 

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT
Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard. Any person unable to attend may comment on the appeal by contacting Commission staff at the address below no later than 8:00 a.m. of the hearing day.
