Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellants Joseph & Virginia Kopachevsky and Robert & Tonji Stewart have appealed the October 22, 2014 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy & Municipal Affairs to issue a building permit to construct a summer cottage on PID #655290, Alexandra.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  NOTE: THIS HEARING HAS BEEN ADJOURNED.

The hearing is open to the public.
