#LA16001 - Jonathan Callbeck v. Community of North Rustico

TAKE NOTICE that JONATHAN CALLBECK has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against the January 27, 2016 decision of the COMMUNITY OF NORTH RUSTICO to rezone PID #237347 owned by Kelvin McQuaid (108 Church Hill) from a Two Family Residential Zone (R2) to a Public Service and Institutional Zone (PSI)

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the appeal will be heard commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
