 APM COMMERCIAL v. CITY OF CHARLOTTETOWN

TAKE NOTICE that APM COMMERCIAL has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") (Docket LA17005) against the August 14, 2017 decision of the CITY OF CHARLOTTETOWN to reject a resolution to proceed to the public consultation phase for an application for a site specific amendment (including the denial of a major and a minor variance); and to deny off-lot parking approval and an application for a lot consolidation, said rejection and denials pertaining to 55 Richmond Street (PID 339911) and 59 Richmond Street (PID 339929).

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.  Hearing rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. PLEASE CHECK THIS NOTICE FOR FURTHER UPDATES ON THE HEARING SCHEDULE.
