TAKE NOTICE that Donald Turner has filed an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") against a June 19, 2019 decision of the Rural Municipality of Brackley to deny Mr. Turner's application to rezone PID #640011 (467 Brackley Point Road) from its present Agriculture (A1) Zone to Industrial (M1) Zone (Commission Docket LA19010).

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held at the Commission's main hearing room, located on the 5th floor of the National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, commencing at 9:30 a.m.

BROADCAST

The Commission intends to broadcast the audio portion of this hearing on the internet via the Commission's website at www.irac.pe.ca/hearingroom.
